Do new clients need to complete intake before booking?›
Yes. New clients start with our intake form at /new-client. It collects your information and your pet's details — breed, temperament, any special needs — so we can show up prepared. The intake takes about 5 minutes and creates your client record for all future bookings.
Can existing clients book directly without doing intake again?›
Yes. Once you've completed intake, you're in our system. When you go to book, just enter your name and phone number and we'll pull up your account and pets. No forms to fill out again.
What information do I need to provide?›
For new clients: your name, phone, email, and home address, plus your dog's name, breed, and a few notes on their temperament and grooming history. For returning clients, we already have your info — just pick a time.
How does online scheduling work?›
The schedule page shows real available time slots — not a request form. When you pick a slot and confirm, the appointment is created immediately. You'll see a confirmation on screen. We operate Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour minimum notice for bookings.
How does rescheduling work?›
Contact us directly to reschedule. We ask for as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated. Online self-serve rescheduling is coming in a future update.
What happens after I complete intake?›
Your client and pet records are created in our system immediately. You'll see a confirmation screen. After that, you can book an appointment directly from the schedule page using your name and phone number.
Do you groom cats or other animals?›
We specialize in dogs. Contact us if you have a specific request — we'll let you know what we can accommodate.
What areas do you serve?›
We serve Wickenburg, Arizona and the surrounding area. If you're unsure whether we come to your location, reach out via the contact page.
How do I pay?›
Payment is collected at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Final pricing is confirmed at booking based on your dog's size, breed, and coat condition.
What if I don't see a time that works for me?›
Available slots update in real time as the schedule changes. Check back on another day, or contact us directly — we may be able to accommodate requests outside of normal online availability.
